Key weaknesses include the lack of public access to asset declarations, limited open data on public tenders, and the absence of real-time transparency in political financing.
The report provides actionable recommendations for the Turkish Parliament and other institutions, including the establishment of an independent oversight body, greater transparency in asset disclosures, and mandatory public reporting of political donations in open data formats.
