This detailed report, based on the devastating earthquakes that affected 11 regions, centered in Kahramanmaraş on February 6, 2023, aims to document the irregularities experienced before, during and after the earthquake, the causes of these irregularities, and the destructive interaction of natural disasters and corruption. While this study clearly reveals the steps that need to be taken for Türkiye to face the consequences of earthquakes and a healthy system change, it offers suggestions on how to strengthen supervision to prevent the repetition of the mistakes
